Man Slaps Parents With Lawsuit For Destroying Vast Porn Collection

According to The Holland Sentinel, a 42-year-old man living in his parent’s basement sued his mother and father for throwing out his extensive pornography and sex toy collection.

Paul and Beth Werking, of Grand Haven, Michigan, were sued by their son David Werking after they destroyed 12 moving boxes of pornographic films, magazines, and sex toys, valued at more than $29,000.

David Werking, who moved in with his parents in 2016, following a divorce, filed the lawsuit in federal court in April 2019, claiming his parents illegally destroyed his vast porn collection, which included titles such as “Frisky Business” and “Big Bad Grannys,” AP noted.

The man initially filed a complaint with local police, but the Ottawa County prosecutor rejected it. The lawsuit includes an email from his father stating:

“Frankly, David, I did you a big favor by getting rid of all this stuff for you.”

David Werking, who currently moved out of his parent’s home and lives in Indiana, is seeking triple financial damages of approximately $87,000.

Judge Paul Maloney agreed with David Werking that his parents had no right to destroy his porno stash.

Although a final judgment amount has yet to be announced, David and his parents have until Feb. 16, 2021, to file written submissions on the amount of money owed for the destroyed property.

A message to all millennials living in their parents’ basements: maybe a porno stash in digital form is the best way to go.

None of this is shocking whatsoever considering America is addicted to porn
